TASCSS Service is helping foreign students to take TURKISH PUBLIC UNIVERSITY ENTRANCE EXAM IN THEIR HOME COUNTRY. The exam is a basic learning skills test for international students wishing to study at University in TURKEY. The evaluation of the candidates’ applications will be based on the score UNIVERSITY ENTRANCE EXAM FOR FOREIGN STUDENTS TO STUDY IN TURKEY is held in English,Arabic,Turkish,Russian. This exam prepared by Higher Council of Education consists of 80 multiple-choice questions. (Mathematics, Geometriesand letter/number/figure relations.)

The content of the questions are :

  • 20 Mathemathics
  • 20 General Skills
  • 10 Geometry
  • 10 Graphic reading
  • 20 Number and figure relations

All the questions in the examination booklet are “multiple choices” type questions. The applications for the examination taken by foreign or overseas students who wish to study universities in Turkey will be accepted By TASCSS, result is valid for 2 (two) academic years following the examination date.

Candidates are required to ensure whether they meet the “Terms of Application” in line with the University Foreign National Student Acceptance Directive and the application principles for accepting foreign national students prescribed by Council of Higher Education (YÖK).


Turkish Universities Qualifications Framework and its fields of studies in Higher Education uses European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System features, such as credit allocation based on student workload in relation to learning, teaching, assessment and grading methods, for designing, implementing, reviewing, improving and assuring the quality in educational and training processes.
